**Your responsibilities**
- Support the preparation and successful roll-out of marketing campaigns across website, app, and newsletter
- Support the development of frictionless consumer journeys for different consumer segments per campaign tier, phase, and objective (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Participate in the briefing process to key stakeholders on channel-specific content requirements to ensure all content is optimised for engagement and fit for purpose
- Adhere to the internal quality assurance process and develop continuous channel-specific optimizations for campaign delivery
- Support the onsite marketing team in daily operations, campaign reporting and ongoing marketing projects
**What you bring**
- In the process of obtaining a university degree in marketing or equivalent business/communications discipline
- Affinity and basic experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce and digital marketing
- Affinity and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Effective communication skills, high resilience and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on high numbers of tasks with varying workload
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, German knowledge is beneficial
