**Job Function** Global Service Delivery Centre Operations **Warum SOD von OFFICEbbb.de?** **Bist du bereit?** Als Communications & Change Specialist (gn) widmest Du Dich zu 100 % der Entwicklung von Change-Management-Aktivitäten einschließlich der Kommunikation für eine unserer beiden Business Lines: Software & Cloud. Du trägst maßgeblich zur Leistung und Transformation der Business Line bei, indem Du sicherstellst, dass die Stimme der internen und externen Stakeholder gehört wird, und dass wir Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende dazu befähigen, erfolgreich zu sein. **Das Aufgabengebiet** - Du führst ein Readiness Assessment durch, die das Sammeln von Daten, das Ausarbeiten von Feedback und die Abstimmung mit dem Programmmanager und den wichtigsten Stakeholdern umfasst - Du entwickelst und implementierst einen Change Management Plan für unser neues Software & Cloud Operation and Delivery Model sowie für andere Programme - Du erstellst eine Kommunikationsstrategie für unsere Business Line Software & Cloud, dazu gehört die Ermittlung effektiver Kommunikationskanäle, die Beratung von Führungsteams sowie die Überwachung und Erstellung von Content - Du entwickelst bei Bedarf alle Elemente eines Trainingsplans und Lernansätze und bist für deren Umsetzung verantwortlich - Du pflegst unseren Software & Cloud Hub auf SharePoint und bist verantwortlich für das Community Management unserer Software & Cloud Yammer Group **Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten** - Du hast ein Studium mit Spezialisierung auf Kommunikation und/oder Change erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - Du hast 3-5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Change Management und Kommunikation, Bewertung von organisatorischen Veränderungen, Neugestaltung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen oder Organisationsentwicklung - Du sprichst fließend Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2) - Du bist ein hervorragender Kommunikator und ein vorausschauender Denker mit starken schriftlichen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten - Du bist ein "Teamplayer" und ein "Go-Getter" und hast die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, sich ständig verändernden Geschäftsumfeld zu arbeiten. **Das haben wir zu bieten** - Eine **Karriere** bei einem zukunftssicheren Unternehmen mit einer **einmaligen Unternehmenskultur**: - **Top Mitarbeiter-Bewertung **auf kununu - Die Option zum Arbeiten im **Homeoffice**: - Nutze unsere **Sportangebote** oder fahr mit dem **JobRad** zur Arbeit. - Kostenl...** OFFICEbbb.de-FF
