**Key responsibilities**:

- Sign and grow strategic Partnerships with banks, telcos, CPGs, media agencies, etc across Europe.
- Accountable for owning the Advertising solutions roadmap (eg. Delivery hero Ads) in Europe
- Building and leading a senior team of industry experts in establishing, managing and scaling a consultative sales motion practice
- Thought leadership in mentoring, coaching and establishing the Industry experts practice across Europe
- Establish and own advertising/performance agency, programmatic partners and channel sales

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred but not required
- 10-15 years of experience in digital performance marketing and solutioning sales. Experience in media agencies is a strong plus.
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
- Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
