**YOUR ROLE**

As our Head of FP&A, you'll be at the forefront of our financial strategy, partnering closely with top management and the C-suite across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Tech Teams. You'll report directly to our CFO, taking on high-impact initiatives that drive value and create scalable processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Model Development**: Enhance our Financial Business Model and spearhead the budget and forecasting process.
- **Expert Reporting**: Deliver comprehensive management reporting and be the go-to expert on our financials.
- **Integrated Forecasting**: Produce integrated P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts, along with cash-flow planning and insightful plan-actual analyses.
- **SKU-Level Economics**: Provide critical financial decision-making data, analyzing our 25k+ SKUs for optimal unit economics.
- **Data Mastery**: Own key Razor datasets (e.g., Amazon data, inventory data) to uncover revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities, as well as develop new operational decision-making models.

**Collaboration is Key**:

- Work closely with our Tech team to ensure high-quality reporting data in our Data Warehouse and ERP, and to develop automation workflows and reporting dashboards.
- Partner with our Commercial team to enhance decision-making and dissect financial performance.
- Collaborate with our Accounting team to bridge the gap between accounting-based financial statements and management reporting that reflects operational performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 3-4, with the potential for growth.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

- Have 7+ years of FP&A experience in a relevant, fast paced environment, with a proven track record and 3+ years of proven experiences in a leading position
- Show proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau (or equivalents), and experience shaping data infrastructure and building complex financial models.
- Have a passion for project management and business partnering, with strong collaboration skills across Operations, Tech, and Corporate Finance teams.
- Have a tech-savvy mindset that drives the elimination of manual processes and enhances operational efficiency.
- Have an ownership mentality—managing end-to-end solutions and prioritizing effectively.
- Have excellent communication skills for transparency and effective reporting.
- Have a commitment to timely delivery, with the ability to sprint when needed.
- Posses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach—you'll be modelling in Excel, building SQL queries, and fixing data bugs.
