Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - **Take ownership** of the Network Services team which will provide infrastructure network services on a global scale - **Be active, solution-oriented leader** of our Core Services - Networking team collaborating with Product Owners, Regional Infrastructure Engineers and Production Business teams - **Having** an in-depth understanding of HelloFresh's core network infrastructure to support the Production business on new site-builds and the Regional Services team on the implementation of global defined standards - **Work** with talented team members from different areas helping HelloFresh to grow and succeed **What you'll bring**: - A minimum of 3 years in leading networking teams to support HelloFresh's growth plans - Experience working with network engineering to support and standardize global network environment - As well as experience in stakeholder management and escalation management - Practical experience in implementing global network infrastructure standards - Background working with IT security teams - Experience supervising large-scale infrastructure projects with tight timelines - Knowledge in working with different teams and external service partners - Experienced in people management and organizational development - Experience delivering best in class infrastructure services on a global scale - Having a hands-on attitude and willingness to travel - Experience with fulfillment centers are a beneficial - You thrive in the opportunity to collaborate and mentor team members, while also sharing practical knowledge and trends Interacting with production management, project managers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital.
