For you as a trainee, we will establish an individual program, taking into consideration your personal interests and strengths. The trainee program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge and experience that will prepare you for the next steps in the company.

Visits abroad are also included in the program as well as assignments in research & development, production, or other functional units. You will have the chance to actively participate in the global development of BMI Group and contribute to its sustainability and innovation strategy.
This requires creativity and passion, but also inventiveness.

Throughout the entire program, a mentor with proven industrial and leadership experience will support you throughout your journey. Networking events will help you in the integration with the company, the expertise and social integration will be taken care of by the colleagues in the individual departments. Finally, regular feedback discussions with colleagues will support you in your professional and personal development throughout the program.

**What do you need?**:
The trainee program is for graduates with an excellent degree in engineering, material sciences or natural sciences, ideally complemented by an MBA or postgraduate. Above all, we are interested in chemistry (polymer chemistry, physical chemistry), chemical or biological engineering, bionics or comparable degree courses.

Besides an excellent study performance, you have gathered first-hand practical experience in a national or international internship. Very good German and English language skills are indispensable in our trainee program. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently and have a high level of social competence, communication skills, and a confident manner. Mobility and flexibility are no problem for you.
