As the Senior Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of our international operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze financial data, and provide key insights to support informed decision-making. Tasks
- Provide global financial leadership in close cooperation with management.
- Lead our strategic business controlling department with 1 direct report, reporting to the CEO with a functional link to the CFO.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage international budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Responsible for the controlling of our sales, all costs and the projects with forecasting and deviation analysis.
- Provide analysis for innovation, new developments, and international company projects.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with international operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in international financial management or business control - CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.
