Live-in Housekeeper/cook

A welcoming and growing family based in **Munich, Germany** is seeking an experienced and reliable **Live-in Housekeeper/Cook (M/F)** to join their household. The role is primarily focused on preparing high-quality, healthy meals and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment. The position also includes general housekeeping duties (excluding deep cleaning), occasional light nanny support, and running errands.

The family is preparing to welcome their first child and values someone who is warm, proactive, and discreet, offering a supportive presence within the home.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cooking & Household Support**:

- Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals for the family (breakfast, lunch, occasional dinner)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
- Perform regular household tasks (excluding deep cleaning), ensuring tidiness and upkeep of all living spaces
- Run errands such as grocery shopping or picking up household items (a car will be provided)

**Light Childcare (as needed)**:

- Provide occasional nanny/mother’s help services, particularly after the baby’s arrival
- Offer support with family routines to ensure a smooth daily flow

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a private household
- Excellent cooking skills with a focus on **healthy, balanced, family-style meals**:

- Highly organized, proactive, and respectful of privacy
- Kind, flexible, and discreet—especially in a home with a new baby
- Fluent in **English** (German is a plus)
- **Valid driver’s license** (essential; car provided)
- **Legal right to work in Germany** or EU passport holder

Work conditions
- **Contract**: Permanent, Full-Time (Live-in)
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Schedule**: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- **Accommodation**: Private separate flat connected to the main house
- **Car**: Provided for work-related tasks

Salary

Pay: 70.000,00€ - 80.000,00€ per year
