What we’re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for an experienced Accountant to work closely with our Head of Finance. The role will shape and deliver the business’s financials as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the Accounting of Milano Vice, from the ground up. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next stage of growth.

Tasks

Your role
- Responsibility for all operational accounting processes such as Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Fixed assets and Expense reports from employees
- Perform month-end closings in collaboration with our external Tax Accountant and prepare the monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, and statement of stockholder’s equity) and other financial reports
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements

**Requirements**:
Your Profile
- 3+ relevant years of Accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in DATEV
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Proficiency in accounting software
- German & English required
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
