We are looking for a

**Working student HR (M/F/d)**
for 15 until 20 hours per week at our locations in am Standort in** **Stockholm, Amsterdam, Verl, Münster, Berlin, and Baden-Baden - flexible working conditions are available.

**Responsibilities in one of the following departments include**:

- **
- **
Operations**: With your assistance, we optimize our HR processes. You will support in creating contracts and overall topics regarding our Riverty employees.
- **
Recruiting**: You will actively contribute to the applicant management process and support in scheduling and planning applicant interviews.
- **
Learning & Development**: Your contribution will be instrumental in planning and organizing training measures and development programs for our employees.
- **
Onboarding**: Together, we create a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our new team members at Riverty.
- **
Young Talent Management**: You will participate in identifying and nurturing promising young talents within and outside our company.

**Your key skills**:

- You are currently studying in fields such as Human Resources / People & Culture, Business, or Communications, and ideally have gained previous internship or student assistant experience.
- You have excellent proficiency in common MS Office programs.
- You enjoy diving into new tasks and work diligently and independently.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
