Service Technician

At Schubert, you can expect a job focused on technology, trust, and personal development. As a leading packaging machine manufacturer based in Germany, we are looking for a dedicated team member to support our customers in Turkey as part of our field service team.Your tasks
- Installing, maintaining, and servicing Schubert’s packaging machines throughout Turkey
- Analyzing technical issues on-site and providing quick and effective solutions
- Implementing software updates and technical upgrades
- Providing user training to customers and ensuring smooth machine operation
- Documenting service activities and staying in close contact with our central support team
- Traveling directly from your home to customer locations according to service planning

**Profile**:

- Vocational training or equivalent experience in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanics
- Willingness to travel extensively within Turkey and occasionally internationally
- Good command of English - additional languages (e.g., German, Turkish) are a plus
- Willingness to participate in a 6-month intensive training program at our headquarters in Crailsheim, Germany
- A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- A professional attitude, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
