KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

For a lawyer from a territory / domain:

- Ensure the corporate legal activities (mainly corporate law, M and A) of companies within its scope (territory - domain)
- To be the interlocutor of the Corporate Legal Department for the companies - activities of its scope and to contribute effectively to the provision of information in legal management tools (LMS)
- For a lawyer in a position of manager, lead his team, define and deploy Group policies and processes within his scope

For a lawyer from the Corporate Legal Department:

- Perform one or more activities of the Corporate Legal Department (mainly, corporate law and governance, financial law, securities law, M and A, Comp and Ben Group) within a perimeter (territory - domain)
- To be the correspondent of the Jurists Corporate of the territories - domains in connection with its activity and its perimeter
- Contribute effectively to the provision - management of information for companies - activities within its scope in Legal Management Tools (LMS)
- For the financial law business in particular, legal support for the financial operations of the Group's holding companies
- For the M and A activity in particular, direct execution of strategic M and A transactions and participation in support of local M and A transactions
- For the securities law business in particular, manage the risks related to applicable regulations
- For the Comp and Ben Group business in particular, legal support for Group LTI plans

For a lawyer in a position of manager, lead his team, define and deploy Group policies and processes within his scope
