Tasks

Responsibility for all financial matters of Segment EMEA at BA Conveying Solutions

Driving the financial performance of the Segment by providing robust financial information to key stakeholders to make best-in-class business decisions

Planning, implementing and controlling systems and processes to improve the financial performance of the Segment

Providing the Management sales and margin information including price, customer portfolio and new customer projects

Steering and reporting actual resuts, forecasts, and budgets

Supporting strategic planning and implementation

Ensuring that Corporate / Sector / BA guidelines and policies are followed within the Segment

Professional employee leadership

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance and Controlling or comparable qualification

Multiple years of professional experience in Financial or Controlling Management, preferable in automotive or industry businesses

Strong financial know-how and analytical skills

Profound system knowhow (SAP, Power BI, MS Office)

Very good English and good German language skills (written and spoken)

Very good communication and presentation skills
