**Who we are**:
Enghouse is a Canadian based, publicly traded company (TSX:ENGH) that provides enterprise software solutions focusing on remote work, visual computing and communications for next generation software defined networks. Enghouse shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol “ENGH”.

The Company’s two-pronged growth strategy focuses on internal growth and acquisitions, which, to date, have been funded through operating cash flows. The Company is well capitalized, has nominal long-term debt and is organized around two business segments.

**The role**:
We are looking for a **Demand Generation Leader** who will be responsible for:

- This role is fully remote._
- Work closely with regional VP Sales to develop strategic ideas and supporting plans to help grow revenue
- Create comprehensive campaign briefs for our Shared Services Demand Gen Teams for Digital Marketing and Content & Design
- Define KPI goals to drive product revenue through new customer acquisition and help grow existing customer base through cross-sell and upsell
- Review campaign performance based on KPIs regularly to improve performance and conversion rates
- Management of the regional demand generation budget in order to support revenue & cost goals set forth in the company’s business plan
- Co-ordinate joint partner events, webinars and tradeshows to drive leads and pipeline
- Work with DG Leaders globally to develop and define campaigns for global solutions considering regional needs
- Identify target companies, personas and segments to align with go to market plans
- Identify regional specific vendors and platforms to create new leads

**What you bring**:

- Working knowledge of direct marketing, e-marketing, event management and database management
- Software skills -Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Marketo
- Ability to use technology-based tools and processes
- Appropriate level of technical/functional expertise and knowledge
- Several years experience in software environment
- Openness to changes & new information & behaviour adaption & work methods in response to new information
- Communication skills - established systems and schedules to communicate the progress of work or projects
- Accountability - makes & keeps commitments; meets schedules & deadlines & completes assignments, projects & goals within timeframe & budget given
- Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialised expertise
- Customer service orientation
- **Excellent German and English language skills are required.** Further language skills are a plus.
