**About the role**:
Are you a skilled **(Senior) Recruiter (M/F/d)** passionate about finding talent in **product development**, **tech**, and **retail media**? Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas, contributing directly to the growth of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany with hubs in **Cologne, Berlin **or being based in our Dutch Headquarters in Sevenum.

**Job Description** About your tasks**:

- Conduct **full-cycle recruitment** for roles in departments including but not limited to **product development, engineering, and retail media**, ensuring top talent aligns with our company’s needs.
- Use recruiting data to **analyze** and refine our hiring strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Guide hiring managers in **interview best practices** and support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage in additional **recruitment projects** to innovate and elevate our talent acquisition strategies.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- ** Several years of experience** in recruiting across different deparments with focus on product development, engineering, sales and retail media roles.
- Deep understanding of the German market, including a network of contacts across the country. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French, Belgian or Italian market is a plus.
- Background in **e-commerce** or experience with fast-paced tech companies is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of **end-to-end recruiting**, including LinkedIn sourcing, interviewing techniques, and using data to drive recruitment.
- You're enthusiastic about taking on **additional projects** to make the recruiting process even better.
- Fluency in English required, German language skills are a plus.
