As a **Marketing Activation Working Student (m/w/d)**, you’ll support the German Marketing Team across a variety of exciting projects in PR & Media, Sports Marketing, and Consumer Brand Activations. You’ll contribute to campaigns and activations for our key categories**:Tennis, Handball, and Running**.

Your core tasks and areas of working will be:

- Assist in developing and executing seasonal activation plans
- Help coordinate and implement events and activations, including stakeholder management across Sports marketing assets, PR and Trade Marketing and agencies
- Assist in the development and creation of marketing and campaign related materials
- Monitor and report on the performance of local marketing activations
- Handle ministrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

**Key Competencies & Responsibilities**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A structured, detail-oriented and independent working style
- Team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A strong passion for and personal identification with sports especially Tennis, Handball or Running
- A Proactive, hands-on attitude and openness to new challenges

**Required Experience**
- Proficiency in MS Office
- First experiences in marketing (e.g. internships or student roles)
- Experience in the field of sports is a plus but not essential

**What we’re looking for**
- A team player with a passion for sports and first experiences in PR, Events or Marketing
- Preferably holding a bachelor's degree or pursuing one
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Driving licence (B) and a willingness to travel for events
- Based in the Cologne / Düsseldorf area - (daily) commute to our Neuss office required
- Self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn
