**Position Description**

**Position Description**:

- **Local Employer Branding**: Plan, organize, and carry out university marketing activities to attract students and recent graduates, including collaboration with universities and institutes of higher learning. Coordinate, manage, and host employer branding events such as local site visits and career fairs within Germany.
- **Global Projects**: Support and implement projects and activities related to QIAGEN's Employer Branding strategy in order to strengthen our company's image, reputation and presence.
- **Cross functional collaboration**: Collaborate with stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Internal & External Communications and other teams to plan and execute promotional activities.

**Position Requirements**
Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or related activities.

Experience in managing professional social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating digital recruitment campaigns, local university marketing events or career fairs is preferred.Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English with capability of communicating and collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization and from different cultures.
