The Senior Electrical Technician for In-House Services and Calibrations (M/F/d) is tasked with diagnosing and repairing the electronic and mechanical components of customer equipment. This role involves independently conducting repairs, calibrations, and measurements and actively collaborating with management and other departments to enhance the department's workflows.

This position is part of the _Technical Service Department for Meteorology Products_ located in _Fellbach _and will be onsite.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Checking, troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical components of customer devices
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Carrying out soldering and wiring work
- Responsible, independent and timely execution of testing, calibration and measurement tasks on measuring devices in various measured variables
- Documenting the work carried out and creating service reports and technical documentation
- Completion of professional education or studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in electronics or circuit engineering, with robust technical knowledge.
- Ideally, initial experience in team management or familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 17025).
- Proficient use of IT tools (understanding of network technology, operating systems, and Microsoft Office is beneficial)
- Fluency in German and comprehensive proficiency in spoken and written English
- A strong focus on customer service.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Completion of professional education or studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
