We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our team in Berlin, Schöneberg.

**Your tasks**:

- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, encompassing Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and mobile administration.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Maintain user and technical documentation.
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Resolve user support tickets.
- Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce flows.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- You need to have fluent English in Reading and Writing (C1) and German is great to have as well.
