**Aufgaben**:

- WHAT WE DO
- Pay directly from the car: Mercedes pay supports, among other things, in-car payments as well as payment processing via app and in the web shop.
- We want customers’ contact with Mercedes pay and the payment transactions on the global platform to be as seamless as possible. We are also developing exciting new payment products and solutions to provide customers with an even better user and payment experience.
- WHO WE ARE
- Mercedes pay GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. Mercedes pay plays a fundamental part in the mobility and digitalisation strategy of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We operate the central payment processing platform and act as the competence centre for payments at Mercedes-Benz.
- Mercedes pay launched in its first market in September 2018. We are now active in more than 40 countries on five continents, processing transactions for Mercedes-Benz products and services. Depending on the market, Mercedes pay may process transactions from Mercedes me connect store, the Mercedes me app, in-car payments or even supporting online vehicle sales.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You take ownership of the release process and manage involved teams (Dev, QA, Ops) and related tasks (release notes, documentation, alignments)
- You are the main contact person in the product team to steer incoming incidents
- You manage their criticality by planning them into sprints/ hotfixes and communicate timelines with our stakeholders
- You bring interdisciplinary teams together to analyze the root cause of incidents and to solve them fast
- You create product solutions with a focus on incidents together with our QA, Ops and Dev team
- You are tracking product related KPIs (e.g. sprint performance, duration of deployments, time to market) and ensuring that our product fulfills general Mercedes-Benz IT standards
- You support our team to set up a monitoring and reporting system
- You are steering our external IT software supplier and act as a SPOC

**Qualifikationen**:

- WHAT WE EXPECT- You have several years of work experience in having strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrating accountability and ownership to create solutions
- You have experience in the payment industry and worked in an agile environment
- Desirable - You worked as a Product Owner
- You have knowledge of IT- and E2E-processes- You have the ability to manage work effectively with business people and technical people
- You can connect teams and win people with your open-mindedness and communication skills
- You are organized, show a doer mentality and do not lose focus
- You keep a cool head in chaotic, fast changing environments with multiple players involved
- You have a positive attitude towards challenges and changes
- You have a big self-learning drive and you enjoy finding the needle in the haystack
- You have fluent business English skills (spoken and written)
