**Your area of work**
The section Regulation & Compliance must ensure full compliance with all national and international regulations. The aim is to protect Eurex Clearing AG from potential damages arising from non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Within this section, CCP Regulation has a focus on regulatory topics, e.g. governing and managing the relations with all national and international regulators, regulatory stream leading of national and internal business initiatives, advising the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG on all regulatory risks as well as developing and maintaining Eurex Clearings Recovery and Resolution Plan. As a Recovery & Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operationalization of Eurex Clearings Recovery and Resolution plan.

**Your responsibilities**
- Your task and responsibility will be, together with other team members, the further development and operationalization of Eurex Clearings Recovery and Resolution Planning framework
- Analysis of regulatory requirements (national and international) and identification of potential impacts on the organization and the business model of Eurex Clearing AG (incl. appropriate documentation)
- Analysis of regulatory requests as well as tracking and coordinating connected regulatory correspondence with authorities focusing on Recovery & Resolution
- Being part of the communication with national and international regulators
- Contact person for the senior management related to questions on Recovery & Resolution
- Interaction with the Risk functions but also other cross divisional alignment
- Answering consultations on regulatory matters related to Eurex Clearing and actively participate in industry discussions focusing on Recovery & Resolution

**Your profile**
- You have successfully completed your university degree in business administration, economics, law or finance or similar degree in a relevant field of expertise
- You have relevant experience in dealing with regulatory requirements regarding recovery and resolution planning (EU CCP Recovery & Resolution regulation and corresponding ESMA RTS/Guidelines)
- A result oriented and practical working method as well as a hands-on attitude is self-evident to you
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, especially EMIR, CPMI-IOSCO Principles for FMI will be an asset
- Communication and negotiation skills, including ability to present complex matters in a clear and comprehensive way
- Excellent analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, ability to identify challenges and propose solutions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset
