**Job Description**:
**The position is located in either **Eschborn (Germany) or **Ballerup (Denmark).**

Nets Group Legal & Compliance (L&C) is responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring compliance for the Nets/Concardis Group. L&C consists of a dedicated team of approximately 50 attorneys/legal advisers and assistants located in several countries across Europe. L&C is organised in the following three specialised teams - Corporate and M&A, Commercial Law and Compliance & Regulatory.

In the Corporate and M&A team, we are looking for a new colleague to support on M&A transactions and corporate matters. This team is responsible for advising the business and executive management within corporate law and M&A. We handle large and small M&A transactions, joint ventures, cross-border merger projects and other strategic projects. We also administer approximately 50 legal entities across Europe.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

- Provide advice and support on all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including managing due diligence processes as well as reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transaction documents
- Provide advice and support on corporate law matters related to all legal entities within the Nets/Concardis Group
- Drive group-internal merger projects together with relevant stakeholders, including advising on all corporate legal aspects of mergers
- Managing external legal advisors

Your background and qualifications include:

- Master’s degree in law (or similar)
- Relevant work experience from a major law firm and/or as an in-house legal advisor, including solid experience within corporate law and M&A
- Strong communicative and coordinating skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal information to stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English
