- The **Account**s** Clerk**is responsible to ensure that the tasks and responsibilities are fully fulfilled in the time frame and aligned with the quality standard. Acts as a liaison between the hotel departments on the assigned area of expertise as well as between the guests and the hotel. Assist with any guest inquiries, assigned area of responsibilities and forward the request to the appropriate division.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the daily income audit process, ensuring all revenue streams are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Review and analyze daily reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of the hotel’s income.
- Work closely with the front office, F&B, and other departments to ensure revenue reporting is consistent and accurate.
- Proactive assistance in accordance with the Assistant Director of Finance on the relevant financial statements (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually).
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the assigned area of responsibility.
- The individual will be expected to maintain the utmost integrity, and where appropriate confidentiality, in dealing with all information and reports produced/handled.
- Develops and updates policies and manuals, as related to the division/department, for implementation in the field, while ensuring compliance to the same for consistency across the group.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- 1 year working experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Must be very detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter with analytical mind & goal-oriented team player.
- Able to complete internal audit function with impartiality.
- Language: Fluency in English and local language as required.
