**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Selbständige Planung, Durchführung und fristgerechte Berichterstattung von Monitorbesuchen im Rahmen von klinischen Studien mit unterschiedlichen Indikationen remote und vor Ort an Prüfzentren
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Durchführung, Dokumentation und Berichterstattung der klinischen Studie an den Prüfzentren gemäß Prüfplan und geltenden regulatorischen Bestimmungen wie VO EU 536/2014/ AMG, VO EU 745/2017/ MPDG, ICH-GCP
- Mitwirkung an der Planung des studienspezifischen Monitorings (on-site, remote und zentral) und selbständige Erstellung von monitorspezifischen Dokumenten wie Monitoringplänen und Schulungspräsentation für Initiierungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Zusammenstellung der Prüfarztordner (ISF) und Führen des zentrumspezifischen Teils des Trial Master File sowie Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von z. B. Prüfplan, studienspezifischen Manualen und dem (e)CRF
- Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation in interdisziplinären Studienteams und / oder anderen an klinischen Prüfungen beteiligten Personen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Berufserfahrung als CRA / klinische Monitorin bzw. klinischer Monitor oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Klinischer Monitor / Klinische Monitorin
- Kenntnisse über die gesetzlichen Grundlagen und Richtlinien (u.a. CTR/AMG, MDR/MPDG, ICH-GCP)
- Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen (MS Office Produkte) sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Dingen und eine selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
