**Maybe together with you in the future?**

You will lead the Analytics & BI Tribe (organizational team structure) composed of different data roles (PM, architects, data engineers, devops, product owners, BI consultants, CDP consultants, Tableau developers).

In particular:

- Support the roadmap planning for the Analytics and BI tribe together with the tribe team and align expectations and business goals with the client
- Manage timeline and resources (Staffing/Resource planning)
- Ensure quality, establish dependency management (tribe-level), identify and mitigate risks
- Coordinate responsibilities within the tribe team
- Alignment with the client, overall program, delivery units and software vendors (processes, roadmap/planning, escalations etc.)
- Manage escalations internally and with the client

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in similar BI functional role (5+ years)
- Past experience in leading deployment of enterprise scale solutions in BI
- Solid proficiency in data warehousing concepts (ETL, Stage/Core layer, Dimensional Modelling, Data Marts etc.) and SQL querying
- Strong analytical and communication skills, data-oriented personality
- German language
- Experience in client facing activities / roles
- Project management experience

**Nice to have** - AWS, Tableau, Jira, Confluence
