**In this role, you will**:

- Assist the recruiter in managing the end-to-end hiring process, with a special focus on the Autonomous Driving Industry.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiter to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Work on improving and developing sourcing channels, tools, and techniques to identify the best talent sources.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and stay updated on industry trends in China.

**We would like you to have**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Economics or related field.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience with the Chinese recruitment market, including knowledge of local platforms and industry practices.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: 1,040.00€ - 2,080.00€ per month
