**Your task**:
Als **Mergers and Acquisitions Associate (m/w/d)** wirken Sie bei Transaktionen, Corporate Finance Beratungsprojekten, Unternehmensanalysen und -Bewertungen im Aufgabenbereich mit.
- Sie führen bei kleineren M&A-Deals Bilanzanalysen, Financial Modeling und Unternehmensbewertungen nach gängigen Methoden (DCF- und Multiple-Analyse, Aufstellen und Plausibilisieren von Businessplänen, Kennzahlenübersichten) durch
- Sie erstellen Präsentationen, Kurzprofile und Informationsunterlagen für potenzielle Investoren
- Sie sind zuständig für die Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Sie führen Recherchen zu Branchen, Unternehmen, Investitionstätigkeit und Transaktionen durch
- Sie arbeiten in Konzernprojekten mit

**Your Profile**:
Sie verfügen über ein Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld Mergers and Acquisitions, Transactions etc.

Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Financial Modelling, Valuation, Accounting und Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten und Dokumenten
- Fundierte Problemlösungskompetenz
