**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for a visionary** Director Marketing (M/F/d)** to join and lead our amazing marketing team and be part of Appinio's future growth around the world.

In this role, you will have the responsibility to define and develop Appinio's future marketing strategy by combining insights with creative ideas. In order to further spread the excitement across several markets and industries, you will collaborate with marketing, design, research, business development, sales and senior leadership. You will support scaling our marketing efforts to a global level to match the rocketing growth of Appinio's products.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Establish, evolve and implement global marketing strategy, delivering against company vision, and business goals
- Lead, empower as well as grow the marketing team by instilling structure and processes to develop and maximize team performance
- Own our digital messaging strategy globally, to ensure that content is aligned to Appinio's core values and positioning
- Create a culture of testing and optimization while driving to a long-term strategy

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech space, plus for extensive experience in content heavy marketing organizations
- Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, and effectively convey information.
- Ability to translate technology features into business impacts
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Strong bias for action, with roll-up your sleeves attitude and ability to manage by influence
- Great writer and storyteller who seeks to do great marketing and not check boxes
