**About the role**

Climatiq is looking for a motivated and ambitious **Marketing Coordinator** to join our team and help grow our brand presence in the climate tech space. In this role, you’ll work across events, digital channels, and analytics, supporting our Growth and Partnerships teams to engage our community of sustainability leaders worldwide.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B tech marketing while contributing directly to our mission. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas, take ownership of projects, and develop your skills with guidance from experienced colleagues.

**What you’ll do**
- Plan and coordinate online and in-person events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Maintain and update website content using Webflow
- Track and report on marketing performance with tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics
- Support cross-team requests, vendors, and operational marketing tasks
- Contribute ideas and test new approaches to improve campaigns and processes

**What we’re looking for**
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or operations (internships or unconventional paths welcome)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Webflow, or Canva/Figma, and a genuine interest in climate action

**Additional Information**
- Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Hours: Full-time, flexible working hours
