**About the Position**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Ganzheitliche Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in operativen HR-Themen sowie in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Selbstständige Betreuung von ca. 200 Mitarbeite nden in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen inklusive Umsetzung personeller Einzelmaßnahmen und Unterstützung von businessorientierten Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Durchführung des gesamten Bewerbermanagements von der Stellenanzeige bis zum Onboarding
- Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitnehmervertretung einschließlich Verhandlung lokaler Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung nachhaltiger und effizienter HR-Prozesse
- Mitarbeit in und lokale Umsetzung von internationalen HR-Projekten

**Ihr**Profil**

Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial
- oder Rechtswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt HR absolviert oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie konnten mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit sammeln, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld. Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs
- und Tarifrecht sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.

Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und gehen lösungsorientiert auch komplexe Themen an. Mit Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfähigkeit treiben Sie Aufgaben und Projekte voran. Durch Ihre ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ihre ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz repräsentieren Sie die HR-Abteilung freundlich und kompetent.
