Facility Caretaker

The international artist studio Tomás Saraceno is looking for a Facility caretaker (m/w/d) - full time. Studio Tomás Saraceno combines art, science, and crafts, creating a thrilling environment of multidisciplinary teams. For innovative art projects, we look forward to energetic support.

Your duties as a facility caretaker (m / w / d):

- Responsibility for carrying out and organizing repairs and necessary renovation work around the Studio and its grounds.
- Acquisition and maintenance of materials and tools alongside with the Materials Management. - Contact person for appointments and general communication with tradespeople (electrician, security team, fire safety, construction, etc.)
- Responsible for the studio van which includes bookings and maintenance.
- Responsible, alongside with Studio Management, to overseeing and organizing the daily opening and closing of the studio as well as the distribution of keys.
- Managing studio cleaning team.
- Managing small teams of general helping hands, generally alongside with the Storage Manager. - Monitoring the flawless overall condition and safety of the studio.
