About the job
To provide clerical support to the Office Supervisor and Senior Export Clerk in all aspects of the export department within Air Menzies International

Location
Frankfurt

**Requirements**:
Main accountabilities include:

- Completion of export files to required standards, cut MAWB, arrange export customs process
- Create customer query resolution
- Ad hoc rate negotiation with airlines and vendors
- Liaising with warehouse, import department, commercial department
- Coordination of clearance & last mile transport for inbound shipments
- Assist in reception and receiving area when required.
- Assist in the maintenance of filing to required standard.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Professional education as forwarder, or at least 3 years of working experience with an airfreight forwarder.
- Very good German and good English skills required.
- Work license for Germany.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Good computer skills & good working knowledge of MS Office; outlook, word and excel.
- Good knowledge of customs processes
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Team Player.
