**Job description**:
You always wanted to run your own bar? As our Bar Supervisor, you are responsible for the bar of our stunning 94 room hotel. You will be developing trainings, implementing standards, and gaining insight in possibilities to improve sales efficiency. The focus of the Bar Supervisor is working the floor, the team and the product. Satisfying all stakeholders is most important to us, our guests and the own team members

**What you can expect**
- You are responsible for the overall bar success and training additional staff members.
- You lead by example and are the face of the bar.
- You keep track of the work standards, productivity, on-the-job trainings, and guest satisfaction.
- Other responsibilities are planning, suggesting new products, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

**Job requirements**:
**What you have**
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience in bar management, with experience in setting up a new bar.
- Have good English and German skills and you don’t mind working in a multi-lingual environment.
- Have a positive, ambitious mindset and are self-motivated.
- Love to share your passion for hospitality and inspire people through your incredible knowledge.
