We are looking for a Jr. Project Specialist (f/d/m) to be part of the Production Team.

This is a full-time position based in our location Berlin, Germany.

Tasks
- Support our FR Production Team with the organization of assignments
- Manage your own Client portfolio
- Provide an outstanding Experience to our Clients and Creatives (phone & E-Mail)
- Manage small projects from the beginning to end
- Challenge our processes and help us scale
- Maintain and document processes
- Grow with us & enjoy the ride

**Requirements**:

- Team player who loves to tackle new challenges
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ideally, you already had first experience dealing with the clients/customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious & Proactive
- You speak French & English
- Bonus: Dutch, Spanish or German
- Bonus: You have knowledge / interest in Photography, Architecture and/or Video editing
- Start date: 1st February
