**THE ROLE**

You will support us in telling the Experience Garage story through our portfolio to drive action, move our employees through their unique journey, educate, and create loyal fans and a great global, gamified, impactful, and fun community of SAP employees.
As a working student/intern you will work and support us in the following areas:
**1. Marketing, Communications, Branding**
- Develop written and visual communication materials including, but not limited to, blog posts, media articles, social media posts, presentations, videos etc.
- Go-to-Market activities and customer relationship management for our flag-ship product “Octopus”, recruiting and onboarding prospects
- Establish the brand for “SAP Experience Garage” that no-one can forget

**2. Events**
- Assist with the organization, coordination, and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external events such as regional Meetups and Hackathons
- Preparation of and presentation in (event) calls

**3. Operations**
- Project Management of small and medium projects
- Support day-to-day operations and administration
- Help to measure the goals and metrics within the Experience Garage as well as the qualitative feedback to then document, summarize, and present the results in well-designed formats

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study:

- irrelevant, you should have knowledge and/or interest for Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Public Relations, Branding, Event Management, Project Management, Innovation
- Language & Communication skills:

- Fluent in German, fully professional working in English
- Good communication and networking skills; both written and verbal
- Soft Skills:

- Proactivity, creativity, solution-oriented way of working and thinking, customer oriented, quality driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Very good time management and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to keep deadlines without losing focus and high attention to detail
- Ability to work well on your own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and motivated

- IT Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software tools and products
- knowledge in graphic design is a plus
- Other requirements:

- Our team is located in Walldorf where also host regional community meetings, have our video production studio and more.
- It is required that the colleague will come to the Walldorf office at least 3-4 times a month.
- Relocation is not possible/provided.
