**What you will do**

This role is part of the IT Enterprise Integration and Automation team working on different projects. You will be responsible that multiple project architectures aligning to the Enterprise Architecture and Automation strategy.

Technical Architect needs to have knowledge of the solution’s technology stack, relevant integrations, and applicable business processes. This person needs to be confident, influencing, diligent and an excellent communicator.

**How you will do it**
- Provide leadership management of all technical activities including technical architecture, integration design, connectivity, data management and critical metrics
- Engage with IT Business Partners and Stakeholders to understand their needs and define technical requirements
- Design workflow solutions, architecture and support estimating the implementation costs for RPA, AI (chatbots, cognitive, voice recognition) and document understanding (OCR)
- Manage research and evaluate new domain-specific technologies
- Work closely with Community of Automation Architects to assure constant compliance of strategic blueprints and architecture roadmap
- Support the management team to plan and implement upgrades and migrations

**What we look for**

**Required**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting RPA, AI or OCR solutions
- 5+ years in IT with responsibilities in one or more of the areas - Technical Architecture or Engineering, Application Development, Business Process Management or Enterprise Application Integration
- Good understanding of DevOps or CI/CD
- Understanding of cloud concepts including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and iPaaS
- Overview of security concepts such as identity management, authentication, authorization
- Awareness of Agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practice
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Preferred**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related technology
- Experience in the following technologies: Appian, APIs (MuleSoft), RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, or others), Microsoft Power Apps
- Overview of manufacturing industry vertical
- RPA Advanced Developer Certification
