You are the soul and go-to person of our Charly location in Freising - you make sure that everything runs smoothly on-site.
- Ensure an optimal guest experience through outstanding on-site service and presence in harmony with our Charly spirit - you’re the go-to person for our guests
- Regularly check all the facilities to maintain the top-notch quality of our on-site operations
- You have an eye on the details and make sure that the location is running smoothly
- Be an important part of the crew and support the Operations team in handling our digital guest communication

**Why we’ll love you**:

- Currently enrolled at a university located in or around Freising & available for approx. 15h per week
- General understanding of digital processes, hands-on mentality, and customer-first mindset in combination with a structured working method
- Initial experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus
- Business fluent command of German and English
