As a Commercial Strategy Lead within AVIV Group’s Go-to-Market Strategy Department, you will be responsible for driving growth in the resale real estate market segment for Immowelt & Immonet. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to maximize market potential.
**Your responsibilities**
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your market segment, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Value Proposition Development: Enhance revenue opportunities by designing and optimizing value propositions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement market entry and expansion strategies, overseeing new offering launches.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects across multiple teams, including Sales, Product, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Pricing.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze real estate and digital trends, developing benchmarking strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Brand & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Brand, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to boost audience acquisition and retention.
- External Representation: Elevate segment visibility through PR initiatives and industry events.
- Internal Advocacy: Represent the market segment in strategic internal meetings, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
**Qualifications** Your Profile**
- Education & Experience: A degree from a top-tier business school or university with 6+ years of experience in consulting or a strategic role in the tech sector.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to persuade and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Autonomy & Communication: A self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Business Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Innovation & Creativity: A curious and creative thinker with a passion for the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
