As a Marketing and Content Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience through thoughtful and engaging content as well on the B2B as the B2C side. You will combine your expertise in writing and design to create compelling and user-centric content that aligns with our brand voice and enhances the overall user experience.

**How you will contribute to Joblift's mission**: - Create and produce graphic designs for display ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Display, etc. - Create visually compelling and persuasive promotional materials that effectively communicate our products or services to potential customers and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. - Create an engaging and clear copy, microcopy, and other written content that inspires our users and customers - Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across various platforms, ensuring a unified content experience for our users. - Collaborate with our performance marketing, product, and sales team to create user-centered content that aligns with the product vision and user needs. - Design web pages in Content Management System and optimize the User Experience Qualifikation **What skillset you need to thrive in this role**: - 2+ years experience in graphic designs, content design, ux design or content creation - German skills on a mother tongue level and fluency in English - Proficiency in digital design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, to collaborate effectively with designers. - Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for details and the ability to adapt writing styles to match different audiences and platforms. - Ability to create clear, easy-to-understand, structured, and formatted content; - Solid understanding of user experience principles and the ability to create content that aligns with user needs and behavior. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - A passion for user-centered design, storytelling, and creating exceptional user experiences. - A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. **Benefits**: **Sounds exciting?
