COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a highly energetic, passionate, and responsible new member for its Retail Sales team and specifically for the position of:
**Sales Associate**

In more than 30 years, COCO-MAT has managed to expand its presence, from Greece to a global network of stores in more than 20 countries.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and foster relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring that the brand's luxury image and standards are consistently upheld.

**Responsibilities and daily tasks**:
Drive business as an active member of the sales team

Provide exceptional customer service experience by listening, educating, and assisting customers in meeting their needs, cross sell to customers by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products

Proactive on after sales following up and maximizing sales opportunities

Develop customer loyalty through education on brand

Process and register transactions accurately and efficiently

Support brand identity through merchandising guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Minimum of 2 years of proven luxury retail sales experience

Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients

Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
