**Position Information**:
As a **Freelance English Instructor **(all genders)**, you will play a crucial role in the **Thrive Afghanist**an program**, aimed at empowering Afghan women to gain essential skills for online business setup and growth, as well as enhancing their English language proficiency.

**About Kiron**:
**Your Tasks**:

- ** Facilitate** 24 online sessions** (60 minutes each) using** learning content** and **materials** from our language provider LinguaTV
- ** Suppor**t** students throughout their **learning journey**
- Boost** English language **skills of Afghan women participant

**Your Profile**:

- ** Passionate** about our** mission to democratise access to education for refugees **and **disadvantaged communities worldwide.**
- Speak** English** at a** native speaker level (L1 / L2)**
- Hold a **degree **in** education, pedagogy, linguistics**, or a similar field
- Have work **experience **as an **English instructo**r **or** tutor**
- Excellent** communicator **with **warmth, sensitivity,** and **empathy**
- Committed to taking **responsibility** for a group of** learners **and** supporting** **their learning process**
- Have a** stable **internet connection** with sufficient bandwidth to deliver online lessons
- ** Proficient **in platforms such as** Zoom a**nd **Google Meet**

**Our Offer**:
**A salary range foreseen for this position is 30-50€ per session (30 min prep + 60 min lesson).**
