Some of your Benefits Cafeteria/ Canteen Corporate Events Diversity & Inclusion Easily Reachable Sustainability & Social Commitment - Zwingenberg - Hybrid Work SurTec Deutschland GmbH You support our team as CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Order processing, delivery and invoicing using SAP ERP - Monitoring of order processing - Preparation of transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods for transportation by road or sea - Understanding export and customs documents - Processing customer inquiries and clarifying delivery status in German and English, including monthly tracking of delivery performance - Recording and processing complaints and returns in the SAP C4C system (CRM) - Accompanying documents for occasional national & international parcel shipments - Project collaboration **Qualifications**: - Completed commercial training with experience in customer service - Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, CRM and MS Office - Basic knowledge of customs and export control - Basic knowledge of the regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods - ADR / IMDG (we offer training courses) - Business fluent in German and good knowledge of English - You have good communication skills in dealing with customers, are motivated, able to work under pressure, flexible, a team player and work carefully The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
