**The Opportunity**:
As we grow into a commercial-stage company, we are looking for a **(Senior) Medical Science Liaison** to play a pivotal role in Germany. This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to pioneer innovation, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and improve patient outcomes in hematology/oncology.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Build Impactful Relationships**: Partner with leading German healthcare professionals, CAR-T infusion centers, and key opinion leaders to educate and advance patient care.
- **Be a Scientific Expert**: Share cutting-edge insights on T-cell therapies, ensuring informed treatment decisions.
- **Drive Product Launch Success**: Support product introductions by delivering medical expertise and gathering valuable real-world insights.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**: Work alongside clinical, commercial, and market access teams to address patient access challenges and facilitate clinical trials.
- **Shape the German Healthcare Landscape**: Contribute to data generation, patient journey mapping, and innovative initiatives that address unmet needs in cancer care.
- **Field-Focused Role**: Spend ~80% of your time engaging stakeholders directly, fostering scientific exchange, and delivering impactful solutions.

**What You Bring**:

- **Expertise in Hematology/Oncology**: Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or related) with experience in CAR-T or cell therapies.
- **MSL Experience in Germany**: Proven ability to navigate the German healthcare system (e.g., IQWiG/AMNOG/NUB processes).
- **Dynamic Communicator**: Fluency in German and English with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.
- **Self-Starter & Innovator**: Strategic thinker, performance-driven, and adept at solving complex challenges.
- **Travel Ready**: Full driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Germany and occasionally internationally.
