Specialist Regional Product Management

In your role as a Specialist Product Management you manage the go-to-market activities for your respective product families to direct and distribution customers in EMEA as well as promote the entire IPC product portfolio to the region Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa as well as UK & Nordic. You will be responsible to ensure design-wins together with sales as well providing guidance on market development.
In your new role you will:
- **Adapt and deploy regional market introduction plan **and manage **regional G2M activities on product level**:
- **Ensure design-wins together with sales **and **business development activities **on product level including commercial synchronization
- **Deploy and adjust operative pricing guidelines **/ **corridor on product level **in the region and manage quoting for products outside of pricing office limits
- **Provide input for market / competitor insights **, **value proposition **, **business case creation, positioning, pricing and product roadmap for products **from regional perspective
- **Capture regional product requirements **and **support the development **of new product ideas
- **Develop 5-year regional product plan **and annually **monitor financial performance to the plan**
You recognize opportunities and have a good sense for profitable business ideas. Thereby, you find useful ways to reach set targets and work out difficult situations through creative solutions. Moreover, you put internal and external customers at the heart of your thoughts and actions while pro-actively engaging with them about their needs.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in **Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering **or similar, ideally on top equipped with an MBA
- **Interest to develop the full potential of digital marketing to maximize our customer reach**:
- **Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory) and English Skills**:
- **Flexibility to travel within Europe**
