**Overview of the recruiting division:
The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.
**Overview of the team:
**With leading market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients’ business, and leveraging the Bank’s product, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customized to meet the specific requirements of each individual client.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Proactively driving sales coverage of **Credit **products to the German institutional client base, across liquid and illiquid products.
- Interacting with Trading on the **Credit **product suite, leveraging the success of the cash and solutions franchise to help increase our market share
- Partnering with **Credit **trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product
- Developing new client relationships to enhance our reach in the region
- Helping with the development of more junior team members
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income market, specifically flow credit
- Experience of covering institutional investors in Germany for Credit products and proven track record covering this client segment
- A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our client base and entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and value for client
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment and driven and dedicated to help the team succeed
- Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements
