Ihre Aufgaben- Sicherstellen der Implementierung der technischen und operativen Anforderungen aus dem EU Data Act innerhalb der globalen Organisation in Zusammenarbeit mit Legal und R&D Abteilungen wie Product Security, Digital Solutions, Data & Analytics und PLM- Konzeption der Implementierungsstrategie für das Produktportfolios- Aufbau und Sicherstellung der technischen Compliance und entsprechenden Monitorings anhand des Produktentwicklungsprozesses- Leitung des operativen Umsetzungsprojektes in den Fach-/Produktbereichen wie z.B. Klärung der Ressourcenbedarfe und Prioritäten mit den Stakeholdern- Operative Umsetzung der Anforderungen und Schnittstellen zusammen mit den Entwicklungsteams- Proof of Concepts aufsetzen, begleiten und operative nachhaltige Prozesse etablieren- Fachliche Führung in den Projektteams wie Sicherstellung der Ergebnisqualität sowie Durchführen von Prozessverbesserung und Audits- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen für Mitarbeiter zur Sensibilisierung und Bildung im Bereich Datenschutz und Datensicherheit
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Feld- Mehrjährige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Management- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Anforderungen des EU Data Acts und seiner Auswirkungen auf die Geschäftsprozesse im Maschinenbau- Starke Projektleiter und die Fähigkeit, Teams interdisziplinär zu leiten und zu motivieren- Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
