Aufgaben
The position is based in Berlin and opened for Q2 2025. The HR Officer will be directly reporting to the General Secretary of Nickel Germany.
**Your main missions will be**:

- Participate in the recruitment process (job posting, screening CVs );
- Staff management (integration, follow-up, complying with legal requirements);
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and all related risks, write policies in relation with Nickel France HR;
- Alignment of HR strategy with the activity: Listen to the business, anticipate needs and required skills. Ensure consistency between business requirements and employee development.
- Elaboration and promotion of training & development plans.
- Promotion and follow-up of internal mobility processes;
- Liaise with BNP Paribas Germany HR for all the administrative (contracts, payroll, benefits );
- Liaise with Nickel France HR to roll out the compensation process and development;
- Foster a culture of ethics, diversity & inclusion;
- Transversal projects.

Qualifikation
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resources;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Team player;
- Problem solving & decision-making capacity;
- Reliability;
- Team spirit and eager to organize events and enhance a good ambiance within the team;
- A great sense of service and discretion as you will work with the Germany Management team;
- German and English are mandatory, French is a plus.
