Associate Master Data Management

The Master Data Associate will be responsible for maintaining Master Data in the SAP system while adhering to standards and governance to ensure data is compliant with defined information, policies, and quality requirements as defined by the data owner. In this role, you will also guide and support business users in all relevant aspects, while facilitating the standardization, digitalization, and automation of the processes. You will cooperate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, IT and Process Management departments to ensure business continuity and efficient processes and will participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions in continuous improvement data management.**Your Tasks**: - Execute data changes in SAP ERP as requested by the business and perform mass updates as required, - Complete tasks in work queue as assigned according to agreed SLA, - Research and provide guidance on complex master data elements related to regulatory requirements, - Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to ensure high level data quality, compliance and consistency of master data, - Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation and perform end-user training, - Identify, report and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis, - Support KWS activity transition plan performing the necessary tasks during the roll-out (knowledge transfer, system integration and testing, activity transfer, user training), - Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives. **Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**: - Preferably academic degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any other related field, - Relevant experience in Master Data Management, Order Management and/or Accounts Payable/Receivable, - Practical knowledge in the area of master data management, ideally in the SAP master data, - Understanding of common regulatory and compliance requirements, - Proficiency in MS Office products, including expert use of MS Excel, PowerApp and Power BI knowledge is an advantage, - Ability to succinctly report status and present results while working in a demand-driven environment, - Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks / projects and follow up on outstanding tasks for consistent resolution (with mínimal supervision), - Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organization skills, - Solution - and service-focused mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions, - Process-driven team player with solid judgment and decision-making capabilities, - English fluent, any other language skills are considered an advantage. **Our offer for you**: - We are an international team of open-minded people with diverse and cross-functional experience, - Interesting and challenging tasks and projects, - As a family business, we are guided by the values of closeness, reliability, vision and independence; this culture is lived in practice and ensures an open and friendly working atmosphere from day one, - The best of both worlds: KWS Berlin combines the security of a large, stable company with the passion of a start-up, - Our location in the heart of Berlin-Schöneberg is very modern; directly opposite the underground station Bülowstraße and with secured car & bicycle parking spaces, - We offer 30d holidays, flexible working hours, holiday and Christmas bonuses, company pension scheme, JobRad and/or Jobticket, - True to our motto "Make yourself grow", we support the professional and personal development of our employees.Screen readers cannot read the following searchable map.
