**What will you do?**:

- 20% Running the night audit and preparing the hotel for the following day
- 15% Solving problems and dealing with guest requests
- 20% Managing the hotel room inventory and all bills and payments correctly
- 15% Checking guests in and out
- 15% Help operating and preparing food at the food & beverage outlets
- 15% Help taking deliveries and restocking, cleaning and organizing BOH spaces

As **Night Auditor** at Residence Inn, you are responsible for running the night audit and making sure that everything is in order for the morning crew. You work during the night and mainly help at the reception, but it is also possible that you support behind the bar and at the (breakfast) buffet.

In the early morning, you prepare the incoming reservations for the day. You print all the necessary lists for housekeeping and breakfast, and you make an End Of Day report for the Assistant Hotel Manager (Assistant Captain). In this report, you give an update about things that happened during the night. After this, you help with preparing and serving the breakfast buffet and assist guests with checkouts. At the end of your shift, you hand over the work to the morning crew, informing them of any outstanding questions or remaining problems.

During the shift, you usually work with one other Night Auditor and your supervisor the Night Shiftleader. In the morning, you hand over the shift to the Assistant Hotel Manager (Assistant Captain).
