Clinical Trial Assistant

Job Summary:
Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, **100% office-based** Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Trial Management team in Munich. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

- Support to Clinical Trial Management Team members (Directors, Clinical Trial Managers, Project Coordinators)
- Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary. Examples include: shipping, filing, managing inventory and orders
- Coordinate and provide minutes for departmental meetings/conference calls
- Schedule appointments, set up events, make travel arrangements as necessary
- Maintain database/spreadsheets/files as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities
- Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary
- Support other departments on ad hoc projects
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- High school degree
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in German & English
- Experience in administrative roles is beneficial
